The Poblano Pepper Burger - $4
Roasted poblano peppers make this one a mild, yet tasty treat. It could almost be a staple food in Texas, but too many of these in a row will send me directly to the gym ... (without passing go or collecting $200).

It's a little bit much for one lunch, but it will keep me going for the whole day.
Mmmm... Mole Suiza Enchiladas - $16
Fonda San Miguel does these like no one else. You can definitely find a cheaper plate of enchiladas, but you'd be hard pressed to find a better one (this one is a late lunch).
